Temporary Seasonal Staff

Each year, ECE recruits Delegation Managers (DMs) to lead our clients’ programmes across Europe. Typically the recruitment process starts in late October and an intensive training programme is run pre-season. During the summer months, successful candidates can expect to work on multiples of 14-18 day programmes acting as the facilitator / role model for our international youth groups.

We are always interested in receiving CVs from highly self motivated candidates that share our passion for people, culture and travel. Many of our successful Delegation Managers are university students who have developed the necessary social skills, organisational skills and maturity to effectively coordinate our clients’ programmes. ECE is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all potential candidates, linguistics skills in French, Spanish, German and Mandarin are a preference but not essential.

The Delegation Manager role is important to us as it is pivotal in delivering our unique programmes.
