ECE provides personal development programmes and team-building courses based on outdoor adventure activities for school, student and adult groups in England, Scotland, Snowdonia, The Lakes and Peak District, Ireland and The Isle of Wight.

ECE create personal development programmes by working with a broad range of activity and outward-bound centres offering specific group training and personal growth opportunities via activity based adventure programmes.

Our personal development programmes comprise of residential courses using management training centres and school summer camps or centres of excellence such as sailing academies and mountain training centres offering a full portfolio of team-building exercises and activities.

Itineraries can be tailored to specifically include leadership training, presentation skills and business leadership elements in multi-activity packages. Group action and development days are an exciting addition to any school travel programme and build self-esteem and awareness for improved life-skills
