We want to make the planning process of your programme as simple as possible. Follow these step-by-step instructions to help us respond to you as quickly and accurately as we can.
1. Customise or choose an existing programme? – ECE can create your bespoke programme or you can modify an existing itinerary or itineraries to suit your requirements.
2. Complete the online enquiry form and click the ‘Submit your enquiry’ button to send to us directly OR call us first to discuss your plans on +44 (0)20 8295 8620
3. Tell everyone about your plans – let us know if you need further information in order for you to advise colleagues, your club or your school about the programme.
4. Keep everyone up-to-date – keep your fellow travellers in the know and incentivise them not to cancel their travel plans by sending them enticing titbits of information regarding your programme. Contact us for ideas on how to retain and develop interest in the programme.
ECE Service
We pride ourselves in our service and endeavour to respond to all correspondence within 24 hours of receipt or the Monday following a Friday request.
